Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide operational support to Portfolio Managers, Trading Desks, and Client Servicing teams.
  • •Perform daily oversight of portfolio positions, cash balances, and operational controls.
  • •Act as a subject matter expert for complex operational and investment-related issues.
  • •Lead and contribute to strategic, cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
  • •Support audit, governance, and regulatory requirements, including driving operational excellence, risk mitigation, and control enhancements.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years’ experience in asset management, banking, financial services, BPO, or KPO environments.
  • •Strong understanding of investment operations and portfolio support functions.
  • •Proven experience supporting Portfolio Managers, Account Managers, and Trading teams.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading complex operational initiatives and process improvement projects.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA, CFA, FRM, or other relevant professional qualification is advantageous.
