Key Responsibilities

  • •Leads ward rounds and reassesses inpatients and outpatients regularly, in line with established best practice
  • •Supervises junior medical staff and jointly assumes responsibility for patient care
  • •Ensures adherence to hospital policies on admissions, consultations, daily patient care, discharge, outpatient and follow-up practices
  • •Documents clinical information clearly and timely according to established procedures
  • •Participates in multidisciplinary meetings and supports quality improvement, audits, and incident response

Key Requirements

  • •Master's Degree
  • •Specialist Physician with board certification (Tier 1: No additional experience required post board certification)
  • •Supervision and training of junior medical staff
  • •Ability to lead ward rounds and manage inpatient/outpatient care
  • •Experience with clinical governance, audits, and quality improvement
Education:Professional (JD, MD, etc.)
