Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead impactful and complex IT infrastructure projects that directly improve productivity of Eaton sites and employees globally.
  • •Use Eaton’s bi-modal (Agile and PMBOK) management process and support Scrum execution through backlogs and delivery of value.
  • •Establish project plans and budgets, track spend and burn rates, and report schedule and budget variances.
  • •Develop project plans with stakeholders, business relationship managers, technical teams, and vendors using work breakdown/feature maps and critical paths to value delivery.
  • •Drive implementation through go-live and warranty, manage deliverables and invoices, ensure sign-off on major system deliverables, and ensure smooth transition to support with CMDB updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •At least 3 years of project management experience and at least 6 years of work experience.
  • •Experience managing project budgets and spend.
  • •Basic understanding of Edge IT infrastructure products (networking, servers, security) and systems integration/impact points.
  • •Advanced English skills; PMP and Agile/Scrum certification preferred.
