Partner with operational leaders to support bargaining negotiations, prepare bargaining materials and Fair Work Commission submissions, and advise on enterprise agreements, awards, and industrial instruments. Manage Fair Work Commission correspondence and ER documentation, conduct BOOT assessments, support implementation of new enterprise agreements, and contribute to ER toolkits, training, and continuous improvement.
