Key Requirements

  • •Experience in Employee Relations, Industrial Relations or Human Resources.
  • •Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise bargaining activities and union engagement in a heavily unionised industrial environment (e.g., manufacturing or construction).
  • •Strong working knowledge of the Fair Work Act, Enterprise Agreements and Modern Awards.
  • •Experience interpreting complex industrial instruments and providing practical advice to stakeholders.
  • •Exposure to Fair Work Commission processes and documentation; tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Employment Law or a related field is preferred.
