Job Summary

Lead a team of Implementation Engineers in North America from the Toronto office, helping strategic customers with solution design, payment integrations, and go-live in a fast and sustainable way. •Lead a team of implementation engineers to deliver a great customer experience and get customers live efficiently with scalable integrations.
•Act as a sparring partner and escalation layer for implementation managers on complex projects and technical challenges.
•Create an inspiring, collaborative environment with open communication and feedback culture.
•Scale up the team while preserving Adyen’s culture and “formula.”
•Drive continuous improvement and collaborate cross-functionally to develop the global IM organization and execute initiatives aligned to OKRs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165,000 - 225,000 annually

Key Requirements

•At least 2 years of experience building and managing a team of implementation managers, technical consultants, or solution engineers, including coaching and training.
•Experience delivering integration projects within a large global organization in professional services, finance, retail, or general technology.
•Demonstrated track record of driving global process change by setting up tools and procedures for operational success.
•Ability to work effectively across a global organization and develop relationships with global teams across time zones.
•Clear understanding of the challenges of global commerce and the components/dependencies needed for clients to succeed across regions.
