Key Responsibilities

•Design and develop next-generation Telecom & Datacentre products from architecture definition through implementation and verification.
•Collaborate with ASIC teams for initial characterisation and define system-level integration based on acquired input.
•Develop and implement process and design improvement guidelines aligned with the latest design methodology.
•Work with multi-functional teams across hardware, software, diagnostics, and signal integrity; assist with complex subsystem lab bring-up and unit test validation.
•Lead and mentor a technical team, scout for new talent, and guide innovation and technology exploration.

Key Requirements

•16+ years of hands-on experience designing Telecom & Datacentre products with an MTech/BTech in Mechanical Engineering.
•Experience using solid modeling tools such as Creo and UG-NX.
•Hands-on experience with structural simulation tools such as Ansys.
•Experience mentoring and leading a technical team; people manager experience is advantageous.
•Good knowledge of system thermal and current cooling methodologies and limitations.
