Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, and continuously improve the enterprise growth performance management system (KPIs, scorecards, dashboards, governance, and reporting standards).
  • •Establish common definitions, measurement methodologies, and performance metrics across global commercial and growth activities.
  • •Lead the enterprise growth operating cadence, including executive performance reviews and strategic growth governance forums.
  • •Develop and maintain executive dashboards and growth scorecards to provide visibility into commercial performance, pipeline health, and strategic initiatives.
  • •Coordinate corrective action planning and drive data-driven decision-making by transforming performance data into actionable insights and executive-level narratives.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in business performance management, strategy execution, commercial operations, finance, consulting, program management, or related disciplines.

  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills translating data into executive insights and business recommendations.
