  • •Timely oversee the production line status (tools, WIP) and cooperate for best production performance (output, cycle time).
  • •Analyze production-related data and provide strategy dynamically to achieve production KPI goals.
  • •Continuously improve workload reduction, lost time reduction, RPT OI scheduling, and Q-time control.
  • •Establish and modify process management projects.
  • •Conduct abnormal analysis and improvement, providing guidance based on prioritized timelines.
