Key Responsibilities

•Drive execution of regional Sales Ops strategies, processes, and programs with sales leadership for the US and Canada.
•Build and iterate on sales go-to-market strategies, including segmentation, headcount planning, org design, and territory design.
•Own sales operations processes for revenue forecasting, pipeline management, quota planning, and monthly business reviews.
•Analyze sales performance across revenue, pipeline, product, and sales process to derive insights from large data sets.
•Manage sales data in the CRM system and partner cross-functionally to deliver Ads-wide projects and support rollout of new sales programs and processes.

Key Requirements

•8-10 years of experience in advertising (or advertising-related fields) and experience working in Sales Operations.
•Owned sales stakeholder relationships with Head of Country/Region and/or Senior Director-level agency or client sales leadership.
•Advanced spreadsheet skills are mandatory; SQL and data analytics skills are nice to have.
•Understanding of the digital advertising landscape, including agency and client-direct advertising sales models; deep understanding of programmatic buying is a plus.
•Ability to bias toward action, influence decisions without owning reporting lines, and prioritize and lead multiple projects efficiently.
