Operate and continuously improve Finance automation (Claude skill suite) and drive performance through KPIs like DSO, aging, AR turnover, and SLA attainment.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the monthly invoicing process end to end, including tooling queries, invoice batch build/release, and distribution of ~800 invoices.
•Ensure complete and accurate invoicing by managing controls, validation, review processes, and resolving exceptions with partners.
•Own Accounts Receivable and collections, managing the A/R balance through issuance to cash receipt, including ACH pulls and cash application.
•Manage billing inquiries and issue resolution by responding to client, broker, and internal questions within service level agreements.
•Leverage and continuously improve automation (Claude skill suite) and maintain SOPs/documentation and billing data/portals.

Travel: Low travel

•A continuous-improvement mindset focused on using automation and AI to make recurring processes more accurate and scalable.
