Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead GSB strategic planning, including long-range planning, portfolio reviews, and executive strategy discussions.
  • •Translate long-term vision into actionable strategic priorities, portfolio choices, investment trade-offs, and business initiatives.
  • •Develop and evaluate an integrated view of GSB’s portfolio, including growth platforms, software/solutions, and emerging opportunities.
  • •Serve as a strategic advisor by structuring analyses, developing market assessments and business cases, and facilitating executive discussions.
  • •Support inorganic growth (M&A, investments, joint ventures, strategic partnerships) and drive one-GSB alignment through a common strategic framework and planning cadence.

Key Requirements

  • •7-12 years of experience in top-tier management consulting, corporate strategy, strategic planning, investment banking, corporate development, or business transformation.
  • •Proven ability to lead complex strategic initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
  • •Experience building business strategies, portfolio recommendations, investment cases, and executive-level decision materials.
  • •Exposure to technology and industrial manufacturing, software, services, or capital equipment businesses.
  • •Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced business education preferred.
