Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead confirmatory diligence workstreams post-LOI and coordinate with legal, finance, product, engineering, and research teams to validate the strategic and technical thesis.
  • •Own integration readiness assessments, including identifying risks and cultural/operational gaps and providing go/no-go input to deal sponsors.
  • •Design end-to-end integration plans for each transaction (org structure, reporting lines, tooling migration, product roadmap alignment, and day-one operational continuity).
  • •Drive day-one and day-100 integration execution by tracking milestones, escalating blockers, and keeping leadership informed in real time.
  • •Serve as primary point of contact for acquired teams during transition, ensuring they have information, access, and organizational support to ramp and retain.
