Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate single to multiple rig projects requiring activity coordination across product service lines (PSLs), and lead efforts for projects with extensive PSL coordination.
  • •Lead regularly scheduled meetings to review performance indicators, run pre-project and post-project execution exercises, and participate in safety and business/operations performance reviews.
  • •Serve as the champion for Halliburton and the Customer’s Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) regulations, expectations, and guidelines.
  • •Verify well-site equipment compliance with documented specifications, ensure third-party rental/purchase equipment has current inspection/testing documentation, and maintain procedure versions.
  • •Track daily operations in OpenWells, manage project performance optimization, resolve cross-PSL customer issues before invoicing, and document lessons learned.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor degree in a suitable STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics).
  • •3+ years of related experience.
  • •Minimum 2 years of full time oil and gas experience.
  • •Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate projects across 3+ product service lines in line with company policies and requirements.
  • •Experience leading operational problem solving and investigations for SQ events.
