Officer, Client Banking Supervisor

Supervise and lead a team of Client Banking Officers to deliver exceptional service to consumer and business clients. Coordinate daily team activities, provide coaching and training, and act as Team Manager when needed. Oversee and resolve escalated client and internal issues, process and approve routine and complex transactions, and verify accuracy, completeness, service levels, and compliance with applicable regulations. Participate in risk mitigation and manage performance, hiring, and evaluations.
