Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate daily activities of the team, including delegation, schedules, training, and guidance; act as Team Manager during absence
  • •Assist with escalated issues from Community Banking, Business Banking, Specialty Banking, and CRE/Loan Servicing to ensure resolution
  • •Process, reconcile, and/or approve routine and complex transactions; identify exceptions and resolve escalated items
  • •Review transactions and work processes for completeness, accuracy, service-level conformance, and compliance; may monitor quality and participate in risk mitigation
  • •Perform personnel actions (performance appraisals, disciplinary actions, interviewing/hiring) and manage, support, coach, and train employees

Key Requirements

  • •3 years of prior banking or financial services industry experience
  • •1-3 years of supervisory/management experience (preferred)
  • •Knowledge of and ability to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations (including Regulation Z, Regulation B, HMDA, RESPA, FCRA, BSA/AML, and CRA)
  • •Knowledge of ECCHO Rules and NACHA Rules
  • •High school diploma required and/or bachelor’s degree preferred, with intermediate math skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
