Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain compliance with federal and state employment regulations.
  • •Maintain HRIS records and compile reports from the database.
  • •Collect and analyze HR data and make recommendations to the HR Business Partner.
  • •Support HR functional areas including personnel records, employee relations, benefits administration, training, safety, ADA administration, and special projects.
  • •Assist with development and implementation of HR policies and procedures via email communications and/or meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field plus 2+ years of related experience (or equivalent combination).
  • •Working knowledge of employment law practices.
  • •Experience with Workday (preferred).
  • •Experience administering benefits and compensation programs.
  • •Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
