Corporate Human Resources Generalist

Support business units on Smithfield’s corporate campus by managing core HR operations including employment and personnel documentation, job evaluation, compensation and benefits administration, and employee relations. Maintain compliance with federal and state employment regulations, steward HRIS records and reporting, analyze HR data to make recommendations, and assist with HR policy and procedure updates. Serve as an employee support focal point for onboarding and offboarding.
