Job Summary

Lead BIM and digital delivery for real estate clients, from strategy and client adoption through programme and project execution. Capture client requirements, author BIM documentation and workflows aligned to best practice, and manage implementation across stakeholders. Drive digital risk identification, digital transformation, and peer review to uphold quality measures. Facilitate workshops, produce detailed reports, support bids and new business opportunities, and advance emerging technologies for global delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Capture client requirements and develop BIM strategy and implementation plans to meet those requirements.
•Author key BIM documentation and workflows aligned to industry best practice.
•Lead and manage BIM rollout and implementation across programmes of works and at project level within client organisations.
•Communicate BIM strategy, documentation, and workflows to stakeholders and facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops.
•Drive digital risk identification and mitigation, lead digital transformation and strategy, and support bids and new business opportunities.

Key Requirements

•A consultancy background with experience of the design process and procurement routes within a relevant industry.
•Strong understanding of BIM industry standards and best practice, including ISO 19650 BIM and international BIM standards.
•Working knowledge of a common data environment and the roles/responsibilities in BIM-enabled projects, including BIM documentation creation and maintenance.
•Experience with 3D modelling software such as Revit or ArchiCAD.
•Working knowledge of 3D model interrogation and clash detection tools such as Solibri or Navisworks, and dashboard software such as Power BI or Tableau.
