You’ll execute the Safe and Secure Operations Strategy, support SOPs, monitor KPIs, and lead post-pilot improvements. In a client-facing role, you’ll troubleshoot security-technology issues, manage help desk tickets and inquiries, support remote and phone assistance, and collaborate with vendors while documenting standards and solutions.
