Key Responsibilities

•Own the strategic direction of commercial loan, deposit, and treasury products, including market analysis, competitive positioning, pricing, profitability, and performance review.
•Develop and maintain a forward-looking product roadmap aligned to business growth objectives and client needs.
•Own the customer experience strategy for commercial and corporate clients and partner with relationship management to improve service models and bridge process gaps.
•Translate business needs into functional requirements for enterprise change management; act as the primary business requestor partnering with technology teams.
•Evaluate, select, and manage third-party solutions and support due diligence and vendor onboarding, including monitoring vendor performance and integration outcomes.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in commercial banking product strategy, treasury management, or related roles within mid-market or corporate banking segments.
•Working knowledge of Jack Henry (or a comparable core banking platform) and how commercial products integrate and function within it.
•Experience collaborating cross-functionally with IT, Operations, Change Management, and external vendors.
•Strong understanding of commercial banking products including deposits, payments, lending, and treasury solutions.
•Ability to translate business objectives into actionable product roadmaps and functional requirements.
