Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, validate, implement, and sustain test systems, including documentation, training, and statistical process control.
  • •Optimize test processes to meet customer demand, quality, product specifications, and safety; improve production shop-floor performance.
  • •Create and maintain test standard procedures, support focus factory units, and reduce downtime.
  • •Develop and improve test equipment (software and hardware), including test fixtures with proper guarding and automation projects.
  • •Execute test validation using APQP, drive improvement solutions (Industry 4.0), manage SAP routing, and lead safety and change documentation (JSA/MOC).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Electromechanical, mechatronics, biomedical engineering, or similar.
  • •1–3 years of experience in electrical test and equipment areas (or similar roles).
  • •1–3 years building electronic products, with knowledge of process and equipment validation.
  • •Experience/knowledge with PFMEA, process flow, and APQP methodologies.
  • •Strong knowledge of IPC-A-610 and basic knowledge of IATF-16949; LabVIEW/TestStand and Chroma preferred.
