Lead daily store operations while supporting the store leadership team and delivering exceptional customer engagement. Coach and develop associates, help drive sales and profitability through KPI monitoring, and model consumer-centric selling behaviors. Oversee merchandising standards, product replenishment, and stockroom/shipping processes to ensure timely flow to the floor. Uphold policies, safety, inventory integrity, and loss prevention while supporting onboarding and community engagement.
