Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop short- and long-term maintenance plans for assigned fleets using approved maintenance program and related CAMO documents.
  • •Execute and forecast maintenance activities in company MIS (AMOS), creating work packages, preloads, and Gantt charts.
  • •Coordinate scheduled/unscheduled line, base, and third-party/workshop maintenance packages with stakeholders per company manuals.
  • •Manage maintenance activity execution considering calendar, hours, cycles, cost, business needs, overlaps, emergencies, and unforeseen circumstances.
  • •Monitor task completion and compliance: airworthiness directives, service bulletins/modifications, defect planning, man-hour forecasts vs utilization, and check analysis after major checks.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Aircraft/Aeronautical/Aerospace/Industrial engineering or equivalent.
  • •Project Management certificate or proven corresponding experience.
  • •Cost Control, Compliance, Budgeting and Quality Assurance certifications/trainings are an added value.
  • •Proficiency with technology systems and tools; proficient in Microsoft suite and MRO systems.
  • •5+ years’ aviation experience, including 4+ years as a Planning Engineer or similar; Airbus A320 preferred.
