Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct yield analysis to identify root causes and implement corrective actions that enhance product performance and manufacturing efficiency
  • •Collaborate with business units to characterize, qualify, and release new products to production
  • •Provide daily production support, including low-yield disposition and process troubleshooting
  • •Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance quality
  • •Use statistical and production data tools (Spotfire, Mbayse, Dataware, JMP) to guide engineering decisions and process improvements

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related engineering field
  • •5+ years of experience in a product engineering role within the semiconductor industry
  • •5+ years of experience working on 300mm technologies
  • •Proficiency with tools such as Mbayse, Spotfire, Sherlock, JMP, Excel, and statistical analysis software
  • •Preferred: experience with yield analysis and manufacturing data plus strong communication and cross-functional collaboration
