The Sales Associate role represents the brand in a Dubai store, driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. •Maintain store standards and assist in visual merchandising to support brand presentation
•Operate the POS system for billing, balance till at start/end of shifts, and process payments accurately
•Promote the company loyalty program and upsell/cross-sell products to increase sales
•Monitor inventory, replenish stock, and follow loss prevention policies

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with effective communication and interpersonal skills
•Previous experience in a sales role is preferred
•Ability to work extended hours during peak sales periods
•Knowledge of product features, benefits, materials, and care instructions
•Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
