Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, understanding needs, explaining options, selling products, and thanking customers
  • •Maintain store standards and assist in visual merchandising to support brand presentation
  • •Operate the POS system for billing, balance till at start/end of shifts, and process payments accurately
  • •Promote the company loyalty program and upsell/cross-sell products to increase sales
  • •Monitor inventory, replenish stock, and follow loss prevention policies

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • •Previous experience in a sales role is preferred
  • •Ability to work extended hours during peak sales periods
  • •Knowledge of product features, benefits, materials, and care instructions
