Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver instructor-led courses and assessments for Aircraft Weight & Balance, Load Control, and Dangerous Goods Regulations across in-person, virtual, or hybrid formats.
  • •Ensure learner engagement, and maintain accuracy and integrity when administering and marking assessments.
  • •Curate, design, develop, and refine courseware and learning materials aligned with regulations by IATA, CAAS, and SIA.
  • •Partner to support e-learning design and development and assist with learning administration and engagement (attendance, grades, certificates, communications, and logistics).
  • •Coach associate trainers, evaluate training effectiveness with post-course reviews, and improve programmes to meet learning outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in any discipline.
  • •Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) or Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) is preferred.
  • •Active/current certificate in aircraft weight and balance, load control and/or Dangerous Goods.
  • •Experience delivering Dangerous Goods competency-based training and assessment (CBTA) and aircraft weight and balance/load control training programs.
  • •Ability to perform accurate load calculations and clearly reference Dangerous Goods Regulations for carriage decisions.
