Job Summary

Serve as a Financial Center Retail Personal Banker I by completing a 4–8 week onboarding and education program with rotations across operations and Sales & Service. Use a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles, cross-sell retail consumer and small business solutions, and set appointments using approved marketing tools. Support business partners through referrals while processing teller transactions and helping drive customer experience and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Utilize CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to the existing customer base and engage in outside sales activities as directed.
•Process teller transactions and work as a member of platform staff while adhering to risk, confidentiality, and ethics policies.

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferable skills (or a combination of education and experience).
•Experience in the financial industry preferred.
•Ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new consumer households and small business customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
•Demonstrated understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
•This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through NMLS.
