Personal Shopper Lead- InstaShop

Lead and develop the Personal Shopper Coordinator team to deliver consistent execution and operational objectives across retail partners. Own network-wide performance by driving KPIs such as productivity, order accuracy, substitutions, cancellations, service levels, and customer satisfaction. Create and run growth and efficiency initiatives, partner with Commercial and retail teams on escalations and launches, and use operational analytics to drive action plans. Manage workforce and capacity planning for current and future demand.
