Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the go-to analyst for Talent and People data requests, including funnel performance, time-to-fill, offer acceptance, and recruiter capacity.
  • •Build, maintain, and iterate on dashboards and recurring reporting used by Talent and People teams and business leaders.
  • •Translate ambiguous or ad-hoc questions into structured analyses with clear assumptions and methodology.
  • •Partner with Data Engineering to define requirements for recruiting data models and reporting tables, ensuring data accuracy through QA.
  • •Support Talent Operations with capacity planning, hiring prioritization, workforce modeling, and bespoke talent analytics projects.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 185,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of experience in analytics, talent analytics, people analytics, or a related function.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to structure and answer open-ended questions.
  • •Advanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency, including complex formulas, pivots, and modeling.
  • •Strong SQL proficiency with comfort working with relational datasets.
  • •Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar.
