Job Summary

Own product areas within BJAK’s AI Neobank app, defining user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmap, and launch plans. Partner with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams to turn complex financial products into simple customer journeys. Use data, feedback, research, and production insights to make product decisions, launch and iterate quickly, and manage trade-offs across speed, UX, impact, compliance, and operational complexity.

Key Responsibilities

•Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, or other financial services.
•Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmap, and launch plans.
•Collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams.
•Translate complex financial products into simple, usable customer journeys.
•Launch features, monitor performance, and drive iterations using data, feedback, and research.

Key Requirements

•Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, growth/product operator, or similar role.
•Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex workflows.
•Ability to work with engineers and designers to ship real products.
•Comfortable using metrics, user feedback, experiments, and post-launch learning.
•Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
