Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, strategize, and execute the OEM sales plan to meet annual sales goals for assigned accounts and markets.
  • •Provide product, application, service, and technical information; develop target accounts and deliver technical demos/presentations and project support.
  • •Work with customers/prospects to understand needs, generate accurate quotes and proposals, and determine closing strategy per order/customer.
  • •Build and maintain OEM relationships by establishing new accounts, partnering with team members, and coordinating sales team involvement on projects.
  • •Forecast quarterly/annual sales and new business reports; analyze market dynamics and competition to specify pricing and value differentiation, and provide VOC/performance feedback to engineering and production teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •At least 5 years selling an engineered product into processing industries (or equivalent education/experience); technical degree preferred.
  • •Sales experience selling process equipment directly to customers and/or through manufacturers’ representatives.
  • •Ability to thrive in a high-tech continuous learning environment.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with willingness to travel up to 75%.
