Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver CDM and H&S consultancy to clients, covering both CDM and H&S management.
  • •Understand client needs, identify solutions to challenges, and ensure consistent service excellence.
  • •Act as Principal Designer and advise clients on their legal responsibilities under CDM regulations.
  • •Improve CDM and H&S efficiency by understanding and developing existing systems and processes.
  • •Conduct H&S performance reviews and audits, and compile pre-construction information and relevant H&S files.

Key Requirements

  • •NEBOSH Construction Certificate and NEBOSH Diploma Level (or equivalent).
  • •GradIOSH (or equivalent).
  • •Membership of the APS.
  • •Experience as a Principal Designer and extensive knowledge of CDM Regulations in the construction industry.
  • •Full UK driving licence and excellent communication skills, with ability to plan and organize workload to meet deadlines.
