Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience as a General Manager or senior operational leader in a hotel, resort, or serviced apartment environment.
  • •Experience leading hotel openings, reopenings, refurbishments, or significant business transformation projects.
  • •Strong understanding of body corporate and strata management obligations and stakeholder relationships (highly desirable).
  • •Tertiary qualifications in Hospitality or Business Management.
  • •Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue optimisation; plus a guest-first people leadership mindset.
