Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver an industry-leading claim experience for policyholders and claimants.
  • •Confirm coverage and determine liability for a wide range of accident scenarios.
  • •Maintain and update a diary/schedule for each claim and respond to claim correspondence with high quality.
  • •Obtain detailed accident descriptions from drivers, passengers, and witnesses; coordinate repair of damaged vehicles and assist with rental reimbursement.
  • •Evaluate and settle injury claims (including attorney-represented claims) and maintain loss reserves; provide input on claims guidelines, best practices, and process/product improvements.

Salary: USD 71,100 - 80,000

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • •2+ years of successful experience handling personal auto insurance claims where you were directly responsible for coverage decisions and liability determinations.
  • •Ability to issue payments, take recorded statements, respond to correspondence, request authority from supervisors, and negotiate settlement of third-party bodily injury claims across multiple states.
  • •Demonstrated high-quality claim handling balanced with strong productivity.
