Consultant Project Manager - Construction

Lead end-to-end project management commissions for Turner & Townsend’s Real Estate team in Edinburgh, acting as the key day-to-day client interface. Advise at the project conception stage, define success criteria, manage quality/safety/health/environment, establish governance and project planning, and facilitate cross-functional teams. Use performance management and KPIs to improve delivery, manage change control, advise on project finances, and produce progress reports throughout the project lifecycle.
