Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead project management commissions end to end, owning service delivery for time, cost, and quality targets.

  • •Plan and manage quality, safety, health and environment matters, including production of the detailed project plan and progress reports.
  • •Manage change control and project finances, monitor performance using KPIs, and oversee the flow of project information between the team and the client.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualified in a relevant discipline (desirable).
  • •Proven experience managing construction/refurbishment projects, ideally in a consultancy environment (essential).
