Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure responsibilities are fulfilled with high quality and cost-effective delivery.
  • •Support project managers with managing client relations and responding to technical and contractual clarifications.
  • •Follow up with contractors for contract documents prior to commencement and forward RFIs to the Associate Project Manager.
  • •Review material submittals and shop drawings to ensure compliance with K&A standards, specifications, and local rules/codes; provide approvals and conduct site inspections.
  • •Prepare regular progress reports and supervise filing/archiving of supervision files; support monthly contractor payment reviews and correspondence.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • •8+ years of experience in construction or construction supervision.
  • •8+ years in an engineering function within a contracting company or construction supervision function, with experience in the Middle East.
  • •Strong knowledge of construction supervision services and international engineering standards and codes.
  • •Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English, with strong communication, planning/organization, attention to detail, and time management skills.
