Key Responsibilities

  • •Organize office supplies, manage equipment and procurement inventory, and maintain the asset register.
  • •Coordinate logistics for country office meetings, trainings, and travel arrangements, and maintain filing systems for contractual documents.
  • •Process bank transactions for vendors and regional staff and support documentation follow-up and financial reporting tasks.
  • •Support recruitment scheduling and maintain HR trackers (leave planners, professional development usage, and performance management).
  • •Assist staff records audits in BambooHR, support medical insurance enrollment/renewals, and help maintain training/events calendars.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar, with an accounting concentration preferred.
  • •Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar multifunctional role.
  • •Proficient in MS Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • •Working knowledge of Ugandan statutory and labor laws.
  • •NGO experience is desirable.
