Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate operational functions including spares distribution, technical support, Part 145 workshop, equipment repair, and training delivery.
  • •Ensure operational plans align to subsidiary objectives and customer commitments, driving performance via KPIs and regular reviews.
  • •Ensure Part 145 maintenance organization compliance with civil/military airworthiness regulations and oversee quality/timeliness of customer technical request resolution.
  • •Oversee spares distribution processes and inventory accuracy, and manage equipment repair turnaround times and quality standards.
  • •Oversee contract execution (deliverables, SLAs, commercial terms), support multi-service support offer development, and lead safety culture and people management.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience in Support & Services, ideally in Aeronautics.
  • •Significant experience in MRO/aviation operations management, ideally in a helicopter or complex technical environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of Part 145 requirements and airworthiness regulatory frameworks.
  • •Proven track record leading multi-disciplinary operational teams across technical, logistics, and training.
  • •Experience in contract management and supporting commercial/service offer development, with a demonstrated commitment to safety culture.
