Head of operations

Lead end-to-end operational performance of the subsidiary, including spares distribution, technical support, Part 145 maintenance/repair, equipment repair, and training delivery. Align operational plans with business objectives and customer commitments, drive results through KPIs and governance, and ensure regulatory compliance and a strong safety culture. Oversee contract execution and support development of multi-service customer offers, while managing and developing operational team leads.
