Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic architectural advisory and troubleshoot complex enterprise implementation patterns to maximize platform capabilities.
  • •Support pre-sales and NPI launches with PoCs, early-adopter demos, and technical enablement assets to drive technical wins.
  • •Collaborate with System Integrators to design scalable deployment blueprints and unblock multi-year identity transformation programs.
  • •Enable developers by providing guidance on custom Auth0 Actions, SDK implementation blueprints, and modern full-stack application patterns.
  • •Act as the feedback bridge between enterprise customers and Auth0 Product Management by testing NPIs, identifying feature gaps, and driving roadmap enhancements.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in a customer-facing technical GTM role (e.g., pre-sales/sales engineering, professional services, solutions architecture, technical account management, customer success, or senior support) delivering identity or SaaS to enterprise accounts.
  • •Expert-level understanding of the Auth0 platform and CIAM patterns, including low-friction authentication, high-volume user management, and extensibility via custom Auth0 Actions.
  • •Proven experience working with or alongside global System Integrators on massive-scale enterprise identity or cloud transformation projects.
  • •Full-stack development experience reading, writing, and debugging JavaScript/TypeScript with Node.js and React, plus modern Mobile SDKs.
  • •Deep knowledge of identity protocols and security, including SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SCIM, and resilient authentication flows that mitigate identity threats.
