Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage an MCO project for onboard naval communications systems within planned costs and timelines, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • •Control costs and progress (tracking EAC, ETC, CA and cash) and provide internal reporting with performance/efficiency indicators.
  • •Manage client relationship and client reporting.
  • •Coordinate and manage internal stakeholders and external partners (subcontractors, suppliers) involved in the project.
  • •Run risk and opportunity management plans, oversee quality and deliverables, and participate in related bid/offer activities (avenants, purchase orders, unsolicited offers).
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s-level degree (Bac+5) or higher.
  • •At least 3 years of experience in project management.
  • •Skills in electronics, networks and telecommunications, with experience preparing offers.
  • •Knowledge of MCO (maintenance/maintaining in operational conditions) and naval communications systems (HF or V/UHF) and IP networks.
  • •Experience with embedded electronics specifics and SAP; defense/Marine Nationale experience is a plus.
