•Drive business growth in the NYC Highway/Bridge market by identifying opportunities for expansion, innovation, and strategic positioning.
•Collaborate on marketing and pursuit strategies, anticipating market trends and emerging opportunities to strengthen AECOM’s competitive presence.
•Lead business development efforts, including proposal development, strategic planning, and participation in interviews and presentations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 225,000 - 325,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BS Civil Engineering or similar field + 12 years of related project management experience on large-scale, high-profile, design-build structures projects
•Must have NYCDOT Experience
•Professional Engineer License in New York State
•Demonstrated track record of leading and managing high-performing technical teams, with accountability for project delivery, staff development, and stakeholder engagement
•20 years of related project management experience on large-scale, high-profile, design-build structures projects
