Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, administer, maintain, and support HashiCorp Vault’s identity-based secrets and encryption management system across multiple environments.
  • •Ensure Vault’s technical design is sound and that services are highly available and performant.
  • •Build IAM patterns and processes so cloud development and applications teams can ingest secure code, APIs, policies, and controls into standard CI/CD workflows.
  • •Define and configure Vault namespaces using Git and Terraform for secrets engines and backends.
  • •Monitor Vault infrastructure health and performance using DataDog and Splunk and implement security policy, compliance requirements, and cloud platform best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in Identity and Access Management or Information Security with a solid understanding of IAM requirements and goals as a regulatory and security function.
  • •Expert-level experience with HashiCorp Vault.
  • •Experience with the Dev/Sec/Ops model and Agile tools and processes, including Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence, Trello, Scrum, and KanBan.
  • •Experience with HashiCorp Terraform and automation/CI/CD systems, primarily Jenkins.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a comparable field, or equivalent experience.
