Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide outstanding service to customers and drive sales using Crocs’ CHARM service model
  • •Foster a positive team environment that encourages sharing suggestions, ideas, and concerns
  • •Coordinate, delegate, prioritize, and meet store deadlines, ensuring follow-up on daily activities
  • •Learn and assist in multiple store departments including consumer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, and stock room management
  • •Support daily retail operations including POS management, stock replenishment, pricing/markdowns, loyalty programs, and store cleanliness

Key Requirements

  • •2–3 years of total retail experience, with a preference for candidates with previous store leadership role
  • •Demonstrated leadership abilities with a passion for empowering and driving team results
