Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead board/system SI design activities, including PCB stackup design, material selection, design guide implementation, layout reviews, and post-layout analysis.
  • •Perform system-level signal integrity simulations for high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, LPDDR/DDR/GDDR, MIPI, HDMI, USB, and others.
  • •Analyze and optimize power delivery networks (PDN) on PCBs.
  • •Collaborate with Package and PCB Design teams to improve system SI/PI performance solutions.
  • •Use TDR and VNA measurements for PKG/PCB material characterization and model correlation, and support application engineering for customer board designs.

Salary: USD 136,000 - 264,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •BS/MS in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience) with minimum 4 years of experience as an SI/PI engineer.
  • •Strong understanding of electromagnetics, channel components, and transmission line theory.
  • •Experience designing and implementing high-speed electrical interfaces (e.g., PCIe, LPDDR/DDR/GDDR, MIPI, HDMI, USB).
  • •Hands-on experience with HFSS, Sigrity, Hspice, or similar industry simulation tools.
  • •Experience with Cadence Allegro PCB design and Constraints Manager and/or PCB stackup design tools.
