  • •12+ years of relevant experience in customer marketing, executive engagement, content strategy, customer advisory programs, or a related discipline

  • •Strong communication, stakeholder management, and synthesis skills to turn complex topics and customer conversations into clear insights and actions
  • •Experience with executive customer programs such as customer advisory boards, executive councils, executive briefing programs, or similar strategic customer engagements
