Key Responsibilities

  • •Support a collaborative construction team by taking directions from management to achieve project goals.
  • •Maintain a safe work environment by strictly following safety policies, guidelines, and OSHA/MSHA standards.
  • •Assist construction and excavation activities, including shoveling, raking, wheelbarrow use, and pipe laying.
  • •Signal equipment operators to safely align and move materials; maintain visual and communicative contact during equipment operation.
  • •Perform general labor duties as assigned, including digging, spreading, leveling materials, and placing traffic control devices.

Key Requirements
