Key Responsibilities

  • •Service existing reinsurance clients while increasing client intimacy and driving new business opportunities in Hong Kong and Macau.
  • •Execute and contribute to strategic initiatives to achieve targeted growth.
  • •Prepare management reporting to leadership.
  • •Ensure robust client plans for small and medium clients and prospects, and keep the Hong Kong/Macau pipeline accurate.
  • •Capture client and reinsurer meeting minutes and execute treaty contracts via reinsurer negotiation while engaging prospects at the day-to-day level.

  • •Minimum 4 years’ broking experience in the reinsurance industry.
