Key Responsibilities

  • •Set strategic direction for Direct Issuing in ambiguous environments and translate it into clear product plans.
  • •Lead end-to-end product development and scaling in enterprise/technical domains, delivering impactful features.
  • •Engage deeply with technical topics and stakeholders, ensuring alignment across product, engineering, and sales.
  • •Communicate effectively in enterprise client-facing situations and with cross-functional teams.
  • •Navigate ambiguity and drive clarity for teams and stakeholders to enable rapid, high-quality delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Direct, hands-on Product Manager experience
  • •Startup experience with broad responsibility or founder-level exposure preferred
  • •Candidates who transitioned from Software Engineering to Product Management are acceptable
  • •Ability to own end-to-end product ownership in a PM or startup-founder role
  • •Bachelor’s or higher in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)
