Job Summary

Design, develop, deploy, and support Salesforce-to-external-system integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Salesforce APIs. Build Mule 4 apps in Anypoint Studio, create API-led connectivity (RAML/OpenAPI), and implement DataWeave transformations for multiple payload formats. Own integration governance via Anypoint API Manager policies, deploy on CloudHub/Runtime Fabric/on-prem, and ensure reliability with robust error handling, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, deploy, and support integrations connecting Salesforce with ERP, billing, marketing automation, data warehouses, and other systems.
•Implement API-led connectivity using RAML/OpenAPI and Anypoint Platform best practices, including System, Process, and Experience APIs.
•Build and maintain Mule 4 applications in Anypoint Studio, creating reusable connectors and modules.
•Implement DataWeave transformations and Salesforce integration patterns (REST/SOAP, Bulk API, Platform Events, CDC, Streaming API) while ensuring performance and bulk-safe operations.
•Configure API Manager policies, deploy and manage runtimes, set up CI/CD pipelines, monitor with Anypoint tools and observability stacks, and perform incident response/RCA; also mentor junior developers.

Key Requirements

•9+ years of work experience in MuleSoft projects, or at least 5 end-to-end Salesforce.com implementation projects.
•Hands-on experience designing and building Salesforce integrations between MuleSoft and external systems.
•Proficiency with Mule 4, Anypoint Studio, and DataWeave transformations for JSON, XML, and CSV payloads.
•Strong knowledge of API-led connectivity (RAML/OpenAPI) and Salesforce integration patterns (REST/SOAP, Bulk API, Platform Events).
•Experience with integration operations including API Manager policies, deployment (CloudHub/Runtime Fabric/on-prem), and CI/CD using Git and pipeline tools.
