Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design of scientific and clinical studies (observational, prospective, retrospective, interventional) with emphasis on UAE-based collaborators, sites, or populations.
•Analyze and interpret complex wearable, physiological, clinical, and multimodal biobehavioral datasets to generate health insights.
•Build reproducible analytical workflows and clearly communicate results through notebooks, figures, reports, manuscripts, and presentations.
•Apply rigorous statistical and computational methods, including time-series analysis, regression or mixed models, Bayesian methods, and machine-learning approaches as appropriate.
•Contribute to scientific dissemination (manuscripts, abstracts, reports, patents) and provide clinical/scientific input to support research, product, and partnerships.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 127,500 - 178,000 annually

Key Requirements

•A PhD in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, neuroscience, health sciences, sleep/circadian biology, physiology, biostatistics, biomedical engineering, computer/data science).
•Proven experience leading scientific research from hypothesis through publication, including first-authored peer-reviewed work.
•Demonstrated experience designing and running human subjects studies, including protocol development, endpoint selection, ethics/IRB processes, and dissemination.
•Advanced programming and analytical skills in Python and/or R, with experience using SQL and working with complex physiological, wearable, time-series, or multimodal datasets.
•Experience building reproducible computational workflows (e.g., Jupyter, RStudio, Git, Docker, and/or Conda) and strong statistical modeling and data visualization skills.
