Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage projects from inception through completion across customer sites, ensuring safe delivery, time, and budget adherence.
  • •Define project scope, develop delivery plans, and oversee day-to-day operational delivery including subcontractor coordination and documentation.
  • •Lead pre-construction planning such as scoping, tendering, cost planning, and construction phase plan development; analyze subcontractor submissions.
  • •Own commercial performance for each project (profit and loss), managing payment schedules, applications for payment, subcontractor accounts, and final accounts.
  • •Ensure compliance with QHSE standards and current CDM requirements (acting as Principal Contractor), including risk identification and maintaining complete project documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of proven project management experience in an M&E, facilities management, construction, or critical environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of pre-construction activities, tendering, cost planning, and project delivery.
  • •Proven experience running a P&L and managing budgets, margins, and financial performance.
  • •Demonstrable stakeholder management and relationship-building skills in a client-facing environment.
  • •Relevant qualifications in construction (e.g., M&E) and project management; IOSH Managing Safely/SMSTS and NEBOSH (desirable).
