Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions with a superior offboarding experience.
  • •Advise clients on HR matters including termination, resignation, transfer procedures, employment contracts, and redundancy processes to ensure compliance.
  • •Lead and facilitate meetings with clients and external employees for workforce reduction, administrative hearings, and separation negotiations.

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Manage voluntary and involuntary exits with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
